l Immigration
|

Visas – Arrangements can be made to provide short/long term visas. All the
necessary formalities of obtaining a visa can be dealt with, and our staff will
oversee everything regarding the immigration services.
There
are several points to take notice of, these are: -
|
|
|
1. Personnel that will be working in Korea will need to provide the
following information at least one month before entry ? Full Name,
Nationality, Date of Birth, Passport Number and Expiry Date.
2. Personnel that will be accompanied by any family members for the
duration of there stay in Korea shall also be required to forward the
following information of the accompanying persons - Full Name,
Nationality, Date of Birth, Passport Number and Expiry Date. A letter
of agreement form the Principal will also be required as proof that the
said person/s will be residing with the given personnel.
3. Letter of invitation/Letter of invitation reason and a guarantee that a
reputable company has notarized the letter.
4. The principal must apply to the Korean Embassy with the following
documentation ? Personnel Curriculum Vitae, Dispatch order and the
necessary documentation from the Agency.
5. The Korean Embassy will then issue the required visa to the said
personnel on completion of any further questionnaires of forms that
they deem necessary.

After Entry – All personnel must apply for alien registration if they
are going to stay in Korea for more than ninety (90) days. The immigration
office requires the following items –
|
|
|
1. Application form for alien Registration plus three passport size photos,
passport, and a copy of the construction order, a dispatch order and 10,000
Korean Won.
2. For given personnel to leave and re-enter Korea on the same visa they
must apply for a multiple re-entry permit for this they will need – Application
form, Passport and 50,000 Korean Won
