Our
“Airport Transfer” and transportation service is not just a “Pick-up and
Drop-off” service. We check all departure and arrival schedules so we can be at
the airport at any given time to ensure the correct person/s are collected. For
people traveling to Korea for the first time it can be confusing when arriving
at Incheon airport and realizing they have to go to Kimpo airport for their
continuation flight to either Ulsan airport or Busan airport. We understand
this and if any of our clients don’t turn up on time we will contact the
airline they used to find out if firstly they arrived on time and secondly if
they didn’t, how long their flight has been delayed and then we adjust our
schedule accordingly. Transportation from the airport includes taking the said
clients to their accommodation and while they settle in we will contact their
site office to find out if they need to go there straight away or the next day
(depending on flight times) will suffice.
